How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Credit Cards, Paypal & Venmo.
How do I order?
Please reach out via email or text to confirm availability, once we confirm, you can go ahead and order straight through the website by clicking on “Order” in the website directory. If orders are placed without prior confirmation of availability they will be refunded short the cc processing fees.
How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better to ensure availability, however we have been known to squeeze plenty of orders in last minute, so don’t hesitate to try us for that last second booking.

Payment is non-refundable but can be used for credit if changes to reservation are made with 2 week notice or more of event date. Changes to reservation inside the 2 weeks preceding event will incur loss of 50% of paid total any remaining balance is due in full 2 week prior to event. In case event is cancelled or rescheduled during the 7-14 days before event, 50% of payment can be used for credit. Cancellations of event inside 1 week prior to event render full payment collected non-refundable.
Rented service implements such as boards, bowls, vases, risers, knives etc must be returned in full and good condition or client accept financial responsibility for replacement.
By providing deposit client is reserving the date and consenting to these terms & conditions.

Delivery protocols - please review.
We deliver to the address provided in the shipping section during check out at the agreed upon time or within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. If the client is not available to receive order we call and we text the number provided in the order, delivery person attempts to make contact for up to 5 minutes, if no contact is made we leave the order in a shady spot as close to the front door as possible and provide photo proof. The board, once it is dropped off is solely the client's responsibility. If there is no place to leave the board (gated community for example), or if it is simply too hot during the summer months, we bring the board back to the shop and it is the client's responsibility to retrieve it. We are not responsible for redelivery. If client requires redelivery and our schedule permits it, a new delivery charge is applied. If the address provided is incorrect we can redirect our driver as a courtesy up to 2 miles from the incorrect location, if the correct address is further away than 2 miles, we consider the trip a new delivery and a new delivery charge applies. By placing the order for delivery client consent to these terms.
Is my catering or workshop deposit refundable in the event I have to cancel my event?
Deposits are 100% non-refundable unless, of course, xoxo charcuterie is the initiator of the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I cancel my order? What is the cancellation policy.
Cancellations with 7 days notice or more receive full store credit. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice receive 50% of their purchase total as credit to be used at a later date, while 50% is non refundable to help us cover the time/value of prepped materials as well as the now empty time slot that we cannot resell on short notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hr notice are 100% non-refundable & non-creditable. Holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable & non-creditible. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies, you make it possible for us to do this work we love so much.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan charcuterie options?
Yes, all charcuterie boards can be made vegetarian and some boards [medium to xxlarge] offer vegan variations but do require advance notice as we do not routinely stock vegan cheese.
Do you offer Kosher or NO PORK charcuterie?
We are happy to create pork-free charcuterie boards, but we are not certified kosher. Just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.
Are you permitted?
Yes! We are fully permitted & also ServSafe certified.
Can I put my charcuterie board or crudites board in the refrigerator overnight?
If you aren't planning on eating it the same day, let us know in advance so we can prep it accordingly. Our charcuterie boards are best served on the same day, but with some adjustment to packaging and presentation can be offered on the following day as well.
Confirmation of availability?
Please reach out via email or txt to confirm availability for your order in advance of placing it. Order that are placed unconfirmed will be refunded short the cc processing fees of 3% as those do not get refunded by the processing companies.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver via our courier partner! Our delivery range is up to 15 miles typically, but we are able to arrange & offer custom delivery quotes for out of range deliveries through our courier partners.
